Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of professional hair products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@colorway.ie within 1–2 days of delivery and include a photo of the item and packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider — some banks take extra time to post refunds.
- If you still haven’t received your refund, email us at info@colorway.ie.
Shipping Returns
To arrange a return, please email info@colorway.ie — we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for their own postage.
We recommend using a registered/tracked shipping service and keeping your receipt until we confirm the return has been received.
