1. Trade Only
ColorWay is a trade-only supplier of professional hair products.
By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are purchasing the products for purposes related to your trade, business, craft or profession and that you are a qualified, trained or otherwise competent hairdresser, colourist or salon professional capable of using professional-grade products safely and correctly.
Products must always be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. ColorWay is not responsible for injury, damage or loss resulting from misuse, incorrect application or use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to request proof of professional status or qualification and may refuse or cancel an order where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the purchaser is not buying for professional use.
Customers are responsible for maintaining any insurance required in connection with their professional activities and use of the products purchased from ColorWay.
2. Website & Product Information
The content of this website is provided for general information and reference and may be updated or changed without prior notice.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, images and other information displayed on the website are accurate. However, occasional errors or differences may occur.
Product colours may vary depending on screen settings, and product packaging may occasionally differ from the packaging shown in photographs due to manufacturer updates or changes.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are suitable for their intended professional use.
3. Orders & Product Availability
All products are offered subject to stock availability.
Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee that every item ordered is available. If we are unable to fulfil part or all of an order due to insufficient stock, a pricing error or another genuine issue, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.
Where an item is unavailable, we may offer you the option of a suitable alternative or provide a refund for the unavailable item. We will not substitute a product without your agreement.
Any refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Product Reviews
To submit a product review, you must be a registered user of our website. Reviews should reflect your genuine experience with the product and may be moderated before publication.
Reviews must:

ColorWay reserves the right to refuse publication of or remove reviews that do not comply with these guidelines.
5. Pricing
All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
We make every effort to ensure that prices displayed on the website are correct. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel the affected order and issue a refund.
All purchases are subject to product availability.
6. VAT Registered Customers
If you require your VAT number or business details to appear on your invoice, please ensure that the correct information is provided when placing your order.
Requests to amend VAT or invoice details after an invoice has been issued may be subject to verification and will be handled in accordance with applicable VAT requirements.
7. Special Offers & Promotions
All promotional offers are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Where a free or discounted item has been supplied as part of a promotion linked to the purchase of another product, the promotional item must also be returned where applicable if the qualifying product is returned. If the promotional item is not returned, its applicable value may be deducted from any refund where permitted.
8. Payment
ColorWay accepts PayPal, debit card and credit card payments.
Payments are securely processed through PayPal’s payment services. Depending on the payment method selected, payment may be completed directly through our secure checkout or through PayPal.
ColorWay does not store or have access to your full debit or credit card details.
9. Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days after cleared payment and are shipped using tracked delivery services such as An Post or other delivery partners.
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed. Courier delays may occasionally occur, particularly during Bank Holidays, adverse weather conditions or other busy periods outside our reasonable control.

10. Returns & Exchanges
Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, shade or size, the original item must be returned in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy and a new order must be placed separately through our website.
Any applicable refund will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
11. Professional Use & Liability
Products sold by ColorWay are intended for professional use unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for selecting suitable products, following manufacturer instructions, carrying out any required tests and using products correctly and safely.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ColorWay will not be responsible for injury, damage, colour results or other losses caused by incorrect use, incorrect mixing, failure to follow manufacturer instructions or use of a professional product for a purpose for which it was not intended.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, graphics, branding and original website materials, belongs to ColorWay or is used with permission from the relevant rights holder.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission, except where permitted by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or purchases made through this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
