Trade only
Colorway is a trade only supplier. By purchasing products from us you are confirming that you are a qualified Hairdresser and as such are competent in using the products sold on this website. We will not be held responsible for any injury or damages incurred by users of the products we sell. We reserve the right to ask for proof of professional status and to refuse to fulfil an order if we believe the person ordering is not a trade customer. As a business user, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are insured for products that you are using. Colorway reserves the right to carry out occasional checks of our customers details to guarantee the veracity of this statement.

The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. Product availability
All products are subject to stock availability. If we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will contact you either by email or phone number provided by you to discuss ability to replace to any other product, in case if there is nothing we can replace to, we will refund full cost of the missing stock.

You must have registered on our website to write a review. We thank you for sharing your views with us and other customers, however all reviews will be checked before they are posted to the site so, please follow our guidelines.

Pricing
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the site at any time. All purchases are subject to availability and Colorway reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company for whatever reason.

VAT registered customers

Please be aware if you are VAT registered trader, you will not be able to return VAT, since we are a start-up company, we are not registered with VAT, this allows us to have low prices for goods without including VAT in the price.

Special offers
Special offers are subject to availability and may change without notice. When a free or discounted product is issued as part of a special offer, this must be returned or full selling price paid if the qualifying product is returned as unwanted.

Payment
Colorway checkout process uses PayPal or Credit / Debit Cards.
We also accept Revolut payment
If you select the Revolut payment method at checkout, once the order has been placed on Colorway, you have to make your payment directly into Colorway Revolut account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. Colorway Revolut account: 0857284241
When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password. You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on “Pay with Debit/Credit Card” and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 – 2 working days. All our products are dispatched using the a tracked delivery service (Anpost) and in the most of the case you will get the parcel within 2 working days after dispatch, however due to the increased volume of online orders most of the couriers, including the Express Service from Anpost, they are experiencing delays.
